This document is for informational purposes and describes the fees and limits of the XRUBY service. Transaction processing times depend on the country and currency. XRUBY fees do not include charges by banks, payment systems, providers or network "gas" — these may be charged separately by intermediaries. The fee for buying, selling and exchanging virtual assets is included in the rate and deducted in the acquired asset. The rate is determined from partners' market data. The fee may be reduced under partner, referral and bonus programs. Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the user's verification level and may differ from bank and payment-system limits. Daily limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC. Fiat limits are converted to USD, crypto limits to USDT (1 USDT = 1 USD) at the time of the operation. Minimum amounts depend on the bank or blockchain network and are shown in your account. There is no limit on exchange trading. Classic users — no partner programs. VIP3 users — via a referral link or campaign (see the "VIP & partners" tab). Business-account fees depend on the operation method and are shown when placing a request.
